Technically, yes, but you wouldn't want to.
Video files are very large and could place quite a load on the servers
of your webhosting company, increasing your bandwidth use and affecting
the way your site performs. An ordinary webpage with just text and
images could be as light as few megabytes. A single 700p HD video (the
format we use) could weight in at over 100 megabytes.
More than likely, your web hosting plan has placed restrictions on
bandwidth, and you could exceed those very soon.
That's why we recommend that you allow us to use a third-party video
streaming platform.
